You all have to do this ,Just try it one time to see if you like doing this ..I did try it and I did like it and it was so easy to do.I am going to tell how boil Pasta with out the stovetop going..This really did work for me and I am going to cook some of my pasta this way.what you do is put your Pasta in a pot with enough water and make sure you add your salt to your liking I add Olive Oil to mine my Pasta then I bring it to a rolling boil and let it boil for about 2 mins. then I take the pot off the stovetop and let it sit cover so no steam can escape and leave it alone for what ever how many mins the pasta calls for boiling time.You do not have to do anything to the pasta let it just sit in the boil water and do not left the cover off till the mins are up.when the mins are up you have your fully cook pasta.This really did work for me I did it with shells pasta.It did save time and I did not have to use my stovetop for this..so give it a try to see if it works for you .My Nonna In Her Kitchen ..
